SustainAdvisory has been recognised as an Approved Verifier under the Climate Bonds Initiative scheme and is authorised to verify the compliance of green bonds under the Climate Bond Initiative Standard taxonomy and criteria. The Climate Bonds Standard is used globally by bond issuers, governments, investors and financial markets to prioritise investments that make a real contribution to tackling climate change.

  • Green Bond Principles

SustainAdvisory performs external and independent review in the form of a Second Party Opinion on the compliance of green, social and sustainable bonds with the Green Bond Principles published by ICMA (International Capital Market Association), voluntary guidelines that recommend transparency and disclosure, and promote integrity in the development of the green bond market.

  • GRI Global Reporting Initiative

SustainAdvisory supports companies in preparing the Non-Financial Statement (pursuant to D.Lgs n. 254/2016) according to the Global Reporting Framework (GRI) reporting standards, the most widely used in Europe for environmental, social and governance reporting. GRI standards help organisations understand and disclose their impacts in a way that meets the needs of multiple stakeholders, including investors, policymakers, capital markets and civil society. SustainAdvisory is part of the GRI community.
